Eileen M. Esposito, DNP, RN-BC, CPHQ
Eileen Esposito is the Principal and Executive Consultant for Ambulatory Expert Solutions — A company that specializes in providing focused solutions to organizations that need to bring their operations into alignment with the newer models of care and reimbursement.

Dr. Esposito is a leader in setting policy and procedure for Ambulatory Care. She is well-versed in regulatory and accreditation compliance activities and frequently lectures on these topics. She conducts site visits and functions as an expert consultant on issues of compliance.

Dr. Esposito has presented on topics of Ambulatory interest in various venues including the Joint Commission Satellite Network and the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nurses. She is both a national and international author and speaker and has published several articles in national and international journals on performance improvement. Dr Esposito has most recently authored the chapter on Evidence-based Practice and Performance improvement in the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nurses Core Curriculum.

Dr. Esposito is certified by the ANCC in Ambulatory Care Nursing and is certified by the National Association of HealthCare Quality as a CPHQ. Dr Esposito serves on the HealthCare Quality Certification Commission for the NAHQ and volunteers as a consultant for the College of American Pathologists on the Point of Care Testing Committee. She has recently joined the Siemens’ International Medical Advisory Board as an Ambulatory Expert.

Dr. Esposito has a bachelors degree in Nursing, a Master’s of Public Administration/Healthcare Administration from LIU/CW Post and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Case Western Reserve in Cleveland Ohio.
